After a very long process, the bath melts are finally nearly ready and will be for sale soon! I have spent a while perfecting the recipe, designing and putting together the packaging whilst still making sure everything was eco-friendly and in line with our beliefs.

These bath melts smell amazing and are truly a great thing to add to your evening bath and self-care routine. The smell is addictive with the cocoa butter and rose essential oil blending together perfectly making you and your bath smell incredible. They leave your skin extremely soft and nourished and are so relaxing. They will be for sale very soon just a few more technical things to go though. Petition: Plan to phase out animal experiments The Government must recognise the urgent need to use animal-free science and publish a clear and ambitious action plan with timetables and milestones to drive the phase-out of animal experiments. As well as preventing animal suffering, this will benefit public health and business.

BREAKING NEWS:

Today it has been announced that the UK could allow animal testing again for cosmetics for the first time since 1998!

WHAT WAS THE REASON ?!?! 😭😭🥺

The Labour Party put and end to this in 1998 but now conservative ministers are in the midst of discussing bringing it back to “ensure ingredients are safe” which in our opinion is utter BS ❌…This is regressive ?!

CFI’s Director of science holds a similar stand point and in an article in the Guardian states: “This decision blows a hole in the UK’s long-standing leadership of no animal testing for cosmetics & makes a mockery of the countries quest to be at the cutting edge of research and innovation, relying once again on cruel & unjustifiable tests that date back over half a century.”

We’re absolutely devastated to have heard this news today and are doing everything we can to put a stop to it. There is a to sign the target zero petition which requires 100,000 signatures for the phasing out of animal testing to be debated in parliament.
