Hi, I’m Joanne 👋🏼 — holistic & beauty therapist, trainer, wife and mum, and the face behind Zone Out Therapies. 🤍

My journey into holistic and beauty therapy started in my 30s, when I decided to retrain and follow my passion for helping people feel relaxed, confident and cared for.

Before starting Zone Out Therapies, I spent 20 years working in youth work, gaining invaluable experience in supporting, encouraging and connecting with people from all walks of life. That experience has become such an important part of who I am today and the way I work with my clients and students.

Today, I’m passionate about creating a calm, welcoming space where you can take some time for you — whether that’s through one of my holistic or beauty treatments, or by starting your own journey into the industry through my training courses. ✨

I believe it’s never too late to learn something new, change direction and follow your passion. If I can do it, so can you! ❤️
