My first night doing reflexology in over 4 months. Loved every second. Xx yes new Viser, face masks and strict guidelines being adhered to. And still a fab experience. X

😁🥳 After a very long four months I can confirm I am now able to take bookings for foot reflexology and seated back massage again. No hand reflexology for the time being but it is a start. Do PM me with any questions at all. There are many changes including me wearing a mask, and form filling in addition to the usual but all for your protection. I can’t wait to see you!!!!

What a crazy four months!! I hope all of you have been ok. I have found it so strange not working and not doing what I love but I have been very creative. Home schooling, well least said about that the better! I have been making however masks over the last few days which has been fun. Re usable drawstring Christmas gift bags and re usable makeup remover pads. All under the idea of Sew R&R. Do PM if you would like to talk made to order masks only £6 each. I am looking to work offering Reflexology or seated acupressure back massage treatments in offices in the Maidenhead area. I currently do this for two companies, one is in Slough and one in Reading. A treatment is £20 for 30 mins and £30 for 40 mins. All treatments can be easily done in a break or lunch time. I will offer a free treatment to a person who can get me a solid contact who is interested.
The benefits are a productive and actively well employee who has the opportunity to nurture mental and physical health without leaving the office and taking lots of time off. Peaceful, rejuvenating treatments to encourage and support wellbeing. Many companies are building wellness programmes incorporating therapists for physio, counselling, massage onsite a few times a week and I have been very lucky to have been part of programmes like these.
The days I am looking to fill are Monday’s, Thursday mornings or Fridays starting February. Do PM me with any ideas.
