This week, our Demonstrator Mark Cooper took a New Holland T7.340 and Lemken Karat 4m mounted cultivator to Writtle College for a practical session with 20 first-year agricultural engineering apprentices from across the country, including some of our own Ernest Doe apprentices.

After an introduction to the tractor and cultivator, each apprentice had the chance to get behind the wheel in the field, use GPS steering and experience the power and capabilities of the combination first-hand.

Plenty of smiles and valuable hands-on experience! Thank you to Writtle College and all the apprentices for an enjoyable day, and to Mark for sharing his knowledge with the next generation. 👏

🚜 A different kind of driving day at Ulting! 🚓

We were pleased to welcome police officers from Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Kent to our Ulting HQ this week for a hands-on introduction to some of the machinery we supply and support.

From New Holland Agriculture and CASE IH tractors with trailers to CASE Construction Equipment excavators, together with the New Holland CR10 combine and the mighty Case IH Quadtrac, there was plenty for our visitors to get to grips with!

Our team were on hand to explain the controls, answer questions and help officers experience these machines from the operator’s seat. For officers whose work can involve agricultural and construction vehicles, that practical insight is valuable, whether dealing with road safety, collisions or rural crime.

It was a pleasure to share our knowledge and build relationships with the officers working to keep our customers and communities safe.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our Transport Manager, Natalie Cogram, and the rest of our team for making it such an enjoyable and worthwhile day. The sunshine was a welcome bonus! ☀️

Packing a punch in the Lincolnshire Wolds! 💪

This new Dalbo 6.3-metre Power Roll has been delivered to its new home by our Area Sales Manager Oliver Towle.

Fitted with the Dalbo Cracker Board, two 45-litre stone trays and large 55cm Snowflake crimps and breaker rings, this set of rolls is ready to tackle clods and consolidate seedbeds. 🌱
