At 39 I decided it was a great idea to return to dance… slightly mad, slightly brave. 💃

Today I shared the stage with my daughter at the same dance show — and I was WAY out of my comfort zone. But she believed in me, cheered for her mummy, and was so proud.

I did it for her… and to show her that no matter your age, you can still go for it (even if your knees disagree).

Turns out turning 40 this year might not be so scary after all. ✨
