What's your favourite Essential oil ? Mine is Neroli 🧡 it's like carrying a little bottle of sunshine around with me, it's such a beautiful scent, and mix it with a massage it's heavenly.
I am available for massage especially for anyone suffering mentally/emotionally at the moment. I have a lot of experience and first qualified as a Massage Therapist about 20 years a ago, when I suffered with depression and anxiety myself. I would find it hard to put into words how massage has supported and helped in my own life.

Or while in lock down why not do a swap with people/family you live with to give each other a 10 minute shoulder and neck massage, or foot massage, even 10mins with nice oils can make all the difference, touch and the oils can be very relaxing 🧡
