A little bit about me...🤍

I thought it was time I shared a little about how I became a lymphatic drainage therapist.

From 15 years of gymnastics, to studying Physical Activity, Exercise & Health at university, to discovering the benefits of lymphatic drainage through my own personal experience, every step has led me to where I am today.

I'm so grateful that I now get to help others feel lighter, more comfortable and more confident in their own bodies.
