💅 Nails by Megan – Appointment & Deposit Policy
At Nails by Megan, we value our clients and the time we spend making your nails perfect. To ensure fairness and respect for both clients and staff, please read and understand our appointment and deposit policy below:
📌 Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment date.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
📌 No-Shows
• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will lose their deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
📌 Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your treatment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be lost.
📌 Final Notes
• By booking an appointment with Nails by Megan, you agree to these terms.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation – this policy helps us provide the best service to all our clients.
