✨ WE’RE HIRING ✨
👩🏼💻We are currently recruiting for a compliance officer to join our growing finance company - 📍office based in Bury, Greater Manchester.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional organisation skills with experience in administration duties and hold skills in handelling Microsoft office / excel spreadsheets. An understanding and experience of working within the finance industry and an interest in aesthetics is an advantage, but not essential.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to 👇🏻
- Reconciling various reports on a weekly and monthly basis and identifying and highlighting anomalies/trends
- Dealing with paperwork including new client contracts, due diligence, F&P and credit software (checks inclusive of PEPs and sanctions)
- Managing and checking due diligence for all new companies in the onboarding process
- Have an understanding of FCA rules and regulations
- Liaising with other departments such as lenders/underwriters when required and being point of reference for any analytical queries or problems
- Diary management of relevant training or compliance calls
- Produce management information and report on a regular basis. Develop new processes in order to improve efficiencies
- Dealing with complaints following correct procedures and policies
- Setting up and managing reoccurring payments
- Overseeing office budgets
- Working with other members of staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Attend meetings with management on a monthly basis

Where can your clients find you?
Once you have finished onboarding with us, your clinic will be available to find across all digital platforms! By searching for clinics in your area that offer finance on any search engine or via our website on a desktop or mobile device.
We will also create and send you your very own PFF QR code to put in the reception of your clinic. This allows clients to discreetly enquire about their eligibility for finance whilst they are with you - potentially increasing their treatment costs if desired!
