A little reminder to all of my lovely clients regarding no-show appointments 🤍

When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. No-shows mean that appointment time cannot be offered to another client, which has a direct impact on the business.

From now on, if you no-show your appointment and would like to rebook, the full price of your new appointment will need to be paid upfront at the time of booking.

This is simply to protect my time and ensure that appointments are treated with the respect they deserve.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and emergencies are unavoidable. If you’re unable to attend, please give as much notice as possible so I have the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.
