To ensure a smooth booking process and protect the time dedicated to every client, a £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

🖤 Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

🔄 Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

❌ Cancellations, rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of the deposit.

✍️ Deposits cover the time spent planning, designing, and reserving your appointment slot and are therefore non-refundable.
