So as you can see from the before my clients hair colour had really grown out and we actually couldn’t remember when we last coloured it….

So my client wanted lighter but didn’t want the a hard line of highlights growing out…

So how we created this look….

🖤We used metal detox pre colour spray to stop any breakage whilst colouring the hair

🖤 we applied studio 9 levels prelightener with 20vol oil peroxide in foils to break the roots up. ( as was very dark)

🖤 rinsed the foils out with metal detox pre shampoo treatment and shampooed with metal detox. Towel dried the hair

🖤 we did a root tap (which I covered about an inch of the root) we used dia light 6.13 + 9vol peroxide for This. I then tonned the mid lengths and ends with dia light 9.82 + 10.12 with dia richesse 9vol.

🖤 what a beautiful result we achieved with not one bit of damage

This is my clients her hair looks lovely doesn’t it 😍
So if you swipe to see the before this is how she has come into the salon today. (Keeping in mind the first pic is how she left the salon 6 weeks ago)
So after having a lengthy consultation we have discovered she has been using baby shampoo on her hair, your all thinking gentlest product on the market right ……WRONG
This product is an alkaline based product which mean this lifts your cuticle scales pulls the colour out of your hair and makes the hair dry and damaged…..
I would probably even suggest people with young children never use….. it’s made the same ph level as our tears but absolutely way to higher ph to be using on our hair..
