Today we had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Rocky. We are devastated and heartbroken. 😢😢

He was such a funny loveable little baby and our house is empty without him. But he is out of pain and back with our Buster boy. I miss him already. What a handsome boy he was 😢😢

Please bear with me this week. I’m going to try and carry on to keep busy but I will be sad. Everyone of you knew my boy and loved him. 😢😢

🌟Salon Policies – Please Read Before Your Appointment 🌟

To ensure every client receives the best possible experience, I kindly ask that you take a moment to read through my salon policies 💖

👶 Child-Free Salon
For safety reasons and to maintain a calm, relaxing environment, the salon remains a child-free space. I’m also not insured to have children in my salon. Please arrange suitable childcare prior to your appointment – thank you for understanding that this is for both safety and the comfort of all clients.

🤧 Feeling Unwell – Please Read Carefully
If you have a cold, infection, flu symptoms, or are feeling unwell in any way, please rearrange your appointment.

This is extremely important. I work closely and in very close contact with every client, and I also have some extremely vulnerable clients who rely on me to maintain a safe, hygienic environment. Even something that feels minor can put others or myself at risk. I don’t have a great immune system either so would pick up everything and be really poorly.

As a small, self-employed business, if I become unwell and unable to work, it has a significant impact — not just on me, but on every client booked in. It can mean multiple cancellations and disruption for everyone.

I will always do my best to accommodate a rearranged appointment in these circumstances, so please don’t worry about letting me know — your honesty helps protect everyone 💗

📅 Cancellations & Reschedules
I completely understand that life happens, however I do require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged

These policies are in place to protect my time and allow other clients the opportunity to book.

⏰Arrivals
On arrival please can you message me and let me know you are here and wait in your car. Some clients come early or sometimes I over run and it would be quicker and easier if I can carry on and I will let you in as soon as I’m ready for you. 💗
