Guess who's back🙈

I cannot even begin to explain the past month of madness😅 from working 6 days straight to celebrating my 21st, working a night shift and FINALLY completing my uni work (despite having to get extentions). I can finally take a breather (almost🤣).

To say the least I have felt like absolute crap, running on survival mode really for the past month and haven't had any of my supplements at all in may and my lord can I tell the difference🥴! I feel so icky and lethargic to say the least so as of when you see this post, I will be making my morning recharge drink and taking my acv+ and focus gummies to get me back into the swing of things!

So here's to getting my head out of my 🍑 and getting my life back on track so I can focus on helping you all!

How life has been recently🙈

Sorry for the inactivity guys, the past week has been complete chaos to say the least! From traumatic work shifts to having to sell my car (I can't begin to explain how much I cried 😢), it's been one hell (literal hell) of a week.🙃

Today is yet again a hectic day so unfortunately I cannot quite say that I will be back from today but I will keep you all updated on how my rollercoaster life is going🙈

2 years later, minus 3 stone🤯

Today, one of my close friends sent me a memory from 2 years ago where we were at a driving range (I was AWFUL🙈) in these photos I was 16st 9.4lbs!!!

Now today I can happily say I probably do less exercise than I did then and I am down to 13st 8lbs!!! (And I'm still terrible at golf🤣)

It's crazy how things can change without you even noticing🤩

I had the amazing opportunity to take my mum out for a lovely afternoon tea today😊 it was absolutely amazing 🤤 although we did have to box some up and bring it home as it was SO filling!🙈
