After having issues at Staffordshire Ironman 70.3 in 2019, he’s back today to show it who’s boss!

1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle, 13.1 mile half marathon run to finish!….

What a month for Team LSF!!….

Xav and Si took on Holkham Outlaw 70.3 Triathlon a couple of weeks ago, smashing the 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 21km run in personal best times, and crossing the finish line together!…..

Then yesterday, Kieran and Al went to hell, smacked the devil in the face and proudly smashed their way to the finish line at Man vs Lakes….. over a marathon distance of trail running over the mountains and trails in the Lake District!… a brutal event with cut off times along the way, but did they let that stop them… no way!… amazing effort!!

We’ve all trained super hard for these events and I couldn’t be prouder of this amazing team, always offering words of encouragement and support as we tackle these monster challenges!!

Awesome 10k trail run with Xav this morning!... rocking the Icebug Outrun and OriocX Sparta, both available from Fenland Runner!

Start the new year as you mean to go on!.....
Team LSF smashing the new year with Kieran knocking out an early 16k, then Xav smashing 7 miles at a ridiculous pace, then Si continuing his improvements with long distance running and finally myself getting in a half marathon to finish the day!

This is one amazing team with motivation, support and a good dose of banter to keep us all pushing hard with smiles on our faces!!
