Returns
Returns are accepted in the event of a faulty item, however items are inspected carefully before leaving me for shipment.
I do want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me via the Contact Owner button and I will try to resolve any issues which can arise to the best of my ability.
Items Sold as Seconds
In the nature of hand made I sometimes have imperfections in my work in which i am not happy with. I then offer the item with a large reduction. The imperfections are not seen when worn and are pointed out within the listing and photographed. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS ON ITEMS SOLD IN SECOND CONDITION.
Items will be refunded once the have safely been returned to myself. I am not responsible for the return. I recommend sending recorded delivery.
Postage
Postage is free within the United Kingdom. Please ensure you select the correct tariff for your country so as not to incur any additional charges or have your order declined
Missing Packages
In the event of a missing package I will help you as best as I can. I send all items recorded delivery and retain the receipt. I have to wait an allotted amount of time before I am able to issue a claim against the postage service. This may delay refund issues. However I will keep the buyer updated at all times regarding the process.

I will only use your details in regards to your order for shipping and if needed communicating with you regarding your order. No data is retained . I take your security very seriously.
