✨Yoga is back on in St Cyrus and Montrose✨
Classes are designed to suit everyone and will help you to develop strength and flexibility. Aside from the fantastic physical benefits, Yoga can help you to de-stress, calm anxiety and generally improve your state of mind.
Classes cost £8, last 75 minutes and all you need is a mat and a blanket. Do get in touch if you’d like to book a class or if you have any questions.
