Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure all appointments, I will now require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day of your service.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
