And just so you know… no, you absolutely haven’t cheated on me if you’ve had your nails done elsewhere 😂 I’m genuinely delighted you’ve continued treating yourselves to beautiful nails while I’ve been recovering.

I also wanted to share these photos from my Garmin watch because they show something that has helped me so much during my recovery. I’ve been seeing for reflexology — can you guess from the photos when my session was that day? Pure magic ✨

I’m really looking forward to getting back to work over the next few weeks. I’ve missed you all so much ❤️
