After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to introduce a new booking policy and adjust my pricing.
Creating a cancellation and last-minute booking policy wasn’t something I ever wanted to do, but as my business has grown, I’ve realised it’s necessary to help protect my time and my small business. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment spaces that are often impossible to fill, and that has a significant impact on me.
I’ve also had to make a small price increase due to the rising cost of products, equipment, and other business expenses. This change allows me to continue using high-quality products, investing in the best tools, and providing the level of service you know and love.
I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Every appointment, recommendation, and kind word means so much to me, and I’m so grateful to have such amazing clients. 🤍
