I got a comment on a recent post of mine yesterday:

“All this AI is making my head spin… your space is soooooo beautiful, why would you do thissssss?”

It got me thinking, so I wanted to share why.

Sukha was born from a dream of creating cosy, nurturing spaces where people can breathe, soften and feel held. The space is real. The care is real. 🤎

I’m also a tiny independent business. It’s just me wearing every hat! I don’t have a graphic design background, hours to learn complicated software, or the budget to outsource everything.

AI helps me turn ideas into visuals quickly, giving me more time for my family, my home, my clients and the slower life I’m trying to create.

I understand that AI can sometimes make brands feel generic, and it’s made me think about how I can bring even more of the real Sukha into my content.

But I won’t be stopping using it anytime soon.

AI isn’t replacing my creativity. It’s helping me share it sustainably.

And yes… AI helped me word this too 😂 My grammar isn’t always the best!

Monthly Sukha sound bath at The Mulberry Rooms on Thursday 17th September 🤎

Once a month, I hold a gentle one-hour sound bath here, a little space in the month to switch off, get comfortable and simply rest.

You’ll be guided into relaxation before settling into the sounds of singing bowls, and other gentle instruments.

Wednesday nights at Sukha 🤎

A little midweek pause to switch off from the noise, get cosy under a duvet and simply rest.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided relaxation before settling into the sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong and chimes, nothing to do, nowhere to be, just time for you.

With the nights drawing in and the weather cooling down why not come and experience a sound bath at my cosy sound and wellbeing space tucked away in the countryside. You’ll have your own comfy bed with duvet, pillow and eye mask, all you need to do is arrive, get cosy and rest while I take you through a relaxing sound journey.

You absolutely don’t need any previous experience, and please don’t worry about coming alone, lots of my guests do. I even have 2 reclining chairs available for those who struggle with lying on the floor.

Today’s private sound bath was a little different 🤎

A lovely mum came to Sukha with her two young boys for some time together and I loved watching them explore the sounds with so much curiosity.

Before settling down, they had the chance to discover some of the instruments for themselves, from singing bowls to the gong… listening, experimenting and finding out just how much sound you can create from one gentle strike.

And then came the cosy part 🥰

Duvets, pillows, eye masks and the three of them tucked up together while I took over the instruments and gave them their sound bath.

Children don’t have to experience a sound bath in the same way adults do. They might wriggle, whisper, cuddle up, ask questions or become completely absorbed in the sounds there’s room for all of that here.

Private family sessions can be such a lovely way to spend time together away from the usual distractions, with no expectation that little ones need to be perfectly still or quiet.

And judging by that final photo… I think they found their comfy spot 🤎
