Jon came to see me this evening with severely restricted shoulder and neck mobility.
I focused on releasing the Pectorals,Delts, Latissimus Doris and Upper Traps with various techniques.
The second pic is the end result from one 45min session. Still more work to do but happy with the results here. 🙌🏼
