I finally have achieved my lowest weight since first pregnancy 🎉🎉
64.72kg
It’s a total of 14kg less!!
Long way to here… long way to go yet.

This time I more than understood the importance of keeping active during pregnancy, I had the feeling the real known.
A month after she was born I'm here back to working out.
My figures are:
78kg at birth (68kg before pregnancy)
72kg a month later with no exercise, no diet (but also I'm not eating like crazy, and I'm drinking as much water as I can)

I’m a bit out of here I know, but is for good reasons!
Baby is nearly here.

Update on my physical progress:
I have Gestational Diabetes again, this time was diagnosed earlier and that made a difference of about 10kg in my weight (from 64kg to 78kg and stopped counting close to 34weeks)
Also no accidents during this pregnancy, so I'm keeping active, which also made a huge difference.

My initial weight in this pregnancy was 69kg, and today nearly at the end I'm 79kg… best of all the baby is growing, so most of the weight is hers, placenta, water….
