A few days after Christmas I found myself on my knees, tears rolling down my cheeks. β£

I was so tired I could barely get off the sofa. β£

I had hit burn out. β£

As a result I had to make a really bloody hard decision.β£

Something had to give.β£

And so I am pressing pause for a while and taking some time out.β£

I will be backβ¦ But for now, I just need some time for myself and my familyβ£
