Know Knot. The leave in post shampoo detangler. Absolutely love it. Silky smooth and easy to detangle, heat and UV protection. stylist tip : if you foil pull at the chair spray a bit of this on to stop any remaining lightener processing. Thank me later 😌

Original Queenie. Hands down the best hairspray I’ve used! Firm but flexible hold and doesn’t smell like a hairspray, which lets face it is an absolute win!

Using super 7 3% on back and hairline and 6% through the top.
Melted with Cor Colour 1% 7.1 and glossed with 9.1 9.03 and Clear 1:1:2
Using rose foils, O&M know knots, frizzy logic shine serum and shine spray and cloud nine touch iron for this lovely little piece of work 😊

Why do I add gold to my glosses?

I wanted to achieve cool but rich at the same time here, contradictory right?!

Blonde hair is porous and absorbs any warmth that is added, but we also want to keep it cool. What a conundrum.

I know I need to add some warmth to keep it creamy so my gloss is choice of gloss is 9.6 10.1 and 9.3 (2:2:1)

Adding gold means it fills the hair and evens out the pigment which will allow the 9.6 & 10.1 to do its thing. Remember that ash is the quickest tone to leave the hair so the gold just helps it cling on that little bit longer 😂

I never use a straight ash alone, remember adding a little bit of warmth with just keep that reflect bright and stop your colour looking murky and dull.
