💦 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀? They protect your eyes from dust, dirt, oils, dead skin cells, makeup, etc. Not cleaning them risks bacterial growth, infections, and affects extensions retention.

👁 Eye area is delicate and needs specific care.

How long do the eyelash extensions take? 🤔
Answer below, but first let me tell you how I do lashes.

👉🏻99% coverage- I only omit tiny baby lashes or wild ones that grow outside of the lash line,

👉🏻Prep- lash bath: shampoo+ rinse, cleanser, eyepads, tapes, lash map- distribution of lenghts, extensions prep, curls etc.

👉🏻Isolation- there is always 1 extension/ fan attach to 1 of your eyelashes.
Every lash needs to be separated so it doesn't stick to it's neighbours.

👉🏻Fan making- every extension fan is handmade (the more volume, the more time it takes).
I make sure they are all the same and as perfect as they can be. It creates a fluffy and even coverage that will look great weeks after weeks!

👉🏻The attachment of an extension/ fan to the natural lash- very important part as it plays huge role in extensions longevity. I do not rush this!
How do I do this? 🧐 First I find the point of attachment and then "secure" the bond and hold as long as needed so that the glue sets and will not stick to the neighbour lashes.

💣 Of course there is Troubleshooting along the way, for example:
⚡️ client's eyes are opening, watering or are sensitive to the light- I have a few tricks upon my sleeve to sort that 😉
⚡️ adjusting temperature, humidity, ph and lash surface tension so that glue continues to work at its best (I know, I am a lash geek 🤓)
⚡️one eye has less lashes than the other,
⚡️fans are closing (fellow lash stylists know what I am talking about 😅 🤯)
⚡️client moving around or need to use restroom.
⚡️me getting tired. It may not looks like, but siting in one position doing repetitive movement and focusing on all variables over that long period of time is physically challenging 😮‍💨

👉🏻Final checks- at the end I always go back to:
✅️ check if I haven't missed any lash,
✅️ separate lashes if I find a stickie,
✅️ replace extensions if needed,
✅️ brush the lot to check if all hold.

👉🏻Finally, finishing solution, and fan to disperse fumes, so that when client opens her eyes, there is no irritation.
