One Year of Growth, Gratitude & Blessings 🌟

Last night, my heart was overflowing. To everyone who came out to celebrate my business turning ONE, and to every single person who has supported, cheered, and believed in me over this past year—thank you, from the very bottom of my soul. You are my village and my heart is so incredibly full.

This journey has been so much more than just building a business, it’s been a beautiful, spiritual path of growth, resilience, trust & surrender.

Every late night, every ounce of energy, and everything I build is for the beautiful, precious soul standing next to me in this photo, MY DAUGHTER. As a single mother, she only has me to rely on—and she is my entire world and my greatest daily inspiration.

I work hard every single day not just to provide or build a career, but to show her what is possible when you lead with love, passion, and determination. What it looks like to stand in your own power and to trust the devine flow of life. To turn dreams into reality. I want to be the role model she deserves, teaching her that with faith and hard work, she can create her own magic in this world. I want her to grow up knowing that I never gave up, so she knows she never has to, either.

Thank you for being part of Glow & Flow, supporting my business, and being part of our story. The world blessed me with her and in turn, blessed me with the strength to build this buisness, and this community with all of you. 🤍

I feel incredibly proud of the corporate partnerships & the collaborations I’ve been part of this year, for every opportunity, to share the transformative power of sound, stillness and healing in new spaces & communities.

To watch someone soften, release, reconnect, rediscover their light and begin to shine once again is something sacred. It is a privilege I will never take for granted 🫶🏼

I am also deeply grateful to the beautiful tools I work alongside, the healing frequencies of sound, the wisdom of the crystal alchemy bowls, the power of touch, intention and energy, for allowing me to facilitate moments of rest, healing and transformation.

SOUND & HYPNOSIS

What an unforgettable evening we had on Friday ✨ We recently gathered for a beautiful blend of astrology, hypnosis, and sound to honor the cosmic shifts around us. We opened with warm tea and a deep dive into the planets & placements 🪐 , specifically focusing on Chiron entering Ta**us. Known as the “wounded healer”, Chiron’s transit into the earthy sign of the bull marks a profound collective healing journey centered around self-worth, money, and abundance.

To integrate this energy, we set powerful intentions, spoke our affirmations into existence, and engaged in a manifestation activity designed to call in your true destiny 🔮

Loretta then guided our beautiful ladies through a beautiful exercise to connect deeply with the emotional center of the brain, followed by a deeply grounding hypnotic intervention honoring the summer solstice.

To close out the evening, we dropped into a deeply relaxing crystal alchemy sound bath designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, raise your vibration, and bring perfect harmony to the body and soul.

Our card pulls provided the perfect, pinpointed final message to carry forward 🪄

To top it all off, leaving the studio to witness a breathtaking pink rainbow felt like the ultimate cosmic sign that the evening’s healing had truly landed. 💕 🌈

S U M M E R S O L S T I C E ⚖️ ☀️

Happy Summer Solstice ✨🫶🏼 Also know as Litha celebrates the longest day of the year. May you find the courage in the sun, awaken the fire within you to transform, bloom and blossom into this next chapter, the second half of the year. A time to reflect on how far you’ve come already this year, and stopping to check in with where you are now. In this stillness and reflection, this helps us truly decide what we want for the next 6 months.

It’s a perfect time to write 2 letters to self, one to let go of all the identity’s, patterns, behaviours, people, things and anything that does not serve purpose to you life (fold this away from you). Then write a letter to your future self, as if the event has already happened, with everything you’d like to bring in, welcome, feel, see experience (fold this towards you).

This week, I had the honour of hosting a beautiful birthday morning for two wonderful ladies. 💕

We began the morning gathered around fresh pastries, fruit, and coffee, sharing conversation and enjoying a gentle start to the day ☕️

From there, we took time to connect with ourselves, checking in and creating space for an intention to arise for the journey ahead. We amplified these intentions by speaking them into ceremonial grade cacao and writing letters to our future selves,a powerful manifestation practice that invites clarity, trust, and possibility.

With hearts open and intentions settling into the mind’s eye, the ladies settled comfortably onto their beds, surrounded by the beautiful aroma of Palo Santo, and were guided into a grounding meditation. I then delivered a personally crafted hypnotic intervention, thoughtfully designed and tailored for the experience.

We flowed seamlessly into an hour of Reiki, which felt especially meaningful as two close friends shared such a profound and healing practice together.

From there, we dropped even deeper into stillness, surrendering to a powerful sound journey with the crystal alchemy bowls, allowing the vibrations to gently guide us inward.

We closed the session with reflection and conversation, sharing insights from the experience before finishing with an intuitive card pull. Both messages landed beautifully and felt deeply aligned with each woman’s journey.

As always, being in service is something I am incredibly grateful for. I never take for granted the trust people place in me to hold these spaces.

During sessions, emotions can arise, and creating an environment where those emotions are fully held, honoured, and met with compassion is something that means so much to me.
