Caz went from rock bottom to top of the world in 21 days. Here is her story....

When I first met Caz even though she was taking anti depressants she was clearly in a deep depression. She was in a constant state of anger, anxiety, low mood, had no energy and in chronic pain.
Caz was unable to focus on anything. Life was hard, and she couldn't see any light at the end of the tunnel. She had 3 gorgeous boys and didn't want to get out of bed in a morning. She almost resented their energy and boisterousness and was constantly shouting at them.
She knew she wasn't nice to be around and to be honest really didn't want to be around people.
Caz couldn't walk far as every joint ached and she had pains in my back and pulsating ankles.
All this had been going on for months, realistically for years just gradually getting worse.

"I finished the purify programme on Tuesday and I feel like a new person.
