Inside Out UK is an organisation that promotes mental health and positive well-being through all things creative. We merge psychoeducation with creativity!

Our aim is to increase mental health awareness amongst young people and create a supportive environment where everyone can talk about and find solutions to deal with their mental health no matter what stage of the journey they are at. By merging psychoeducation with creativity, we educate, engage and entertain. We want to equip and empower young people with the knowledge and practical skills to improve their mental health through our programmes, activities, events, theatre productions and much more. This supports our overall mission which is to reduce the risk of people developing mental health disorders.

A retreat that combines one-to-one well-being coaching sessions and group personal development workshops? We are there!

We were so excited when the team invited us to be the Official Well-being Partner for this year’s Retreat.

Our coaches had the honour of supporting attendees’ personal growth through one-to-one well-being coaching and a well-being workshop, delivered with a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach.

It truly was a joy to be a part of a meaningful experience ❤️

Diversity drives innovation. Belonging keeps us. Well-being helps us to thrive.

Last night’s event reinforced something powerful: well-being and belonging aren’t “add ons” or “nice to have” but they are essential for personal and professional results.

Organisations who prioritise well-being strategically (not reactively) see 20% higher productivity and 10% higher retention (The Global Wellness Institute).

Leadership matters too! Considering 69% of employees say their manager impacts their mental health more than doctors and therapists (UKG Workforce).

A huge thank you to our incredible panelists for the insights and gems they shared on the future of workplace well-being:
