You purchase your chosen voucher online as normal.

For example, if you buy a £500 voucher, you’ll receive your £500 voucher as usual. We will then separately add £100 credit to your Inches client account.

So you’ll have your £500 voucher PLUS £100 sitting on your salon account to use towards treatments — giving you £600 in total to spend at Inches.
There’s nothing extra you need to do. We’ll see your voucher purchase and add the bonus credit to your account for you.
