This week Mark and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary ( I know , poor Mark!) Our amazing daughter Alex treated us to a wonderful stay at the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath. It was an amazing experience. It was made even more special when a lovely lady came and introduced herself as someone who has done all the Davina DVDs. If that lady is on this page please be assured we were delighted to meet you and wish you a wonderful birthday.

Hugely proud of my superstar Kathy Flynn today. 77 kilo ( 12 stone) deadlift for 5 reps, followed by 20 full press ups. That's really impressive for anyone, but even more incredible with 2 replacement hips!. Kathy has lost over 8 and a half stone in weight by following my healthy life programme of sensible eating and strength training. I am in awe of Kathy's commitment.
