It's that time of year. We dip every day in October so that the brilliant campaigning charity can continue to shout about the s**t dumped into our water.
We will of course do it safely, if the sea is this wild we'll have cold showers. Weirdly harder to have a completely freezing shower than dip in the sea.

Almost didn't share this, not really because of the content but the mad hair.
I don't know when this pushes into insomnia. I'm sure someone will let me know.
I don't try to get back to sleep
I meditate
I write things down
I watch TV
I listen to GQT (IYKYN)
I stack animals
I nap later
I have some toast
I scroll
I change rooms
I take hrt
I do try to get back to sleep

Oh god, I'm doing it again!
