✨ Client Update ✨

Firstly, thank you all so much for keeping me so busy lately. I’m honestly so grateful for all of your support, loyalty and recommendations. Because my diary is filling up much faster now, I just need to make a few small changes to help appointments run as smoothly as possible for everyone 💖

My July diary is now officially open! Please note I’ll be off from the 3rd–17th July, but I will be working Saturday 18th July to hopefully make up for some of this time away 🤍

I’m also no longer able to take on any new evening clients, as those appointments are currently completely full. I am still very happy to welcome new daytime clients where availability allows ✨

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as I’ll now be working with tighter back-to-back bookings throughout the day.

When you arrive, please send me a message as I may still be finishing with my previous client. As I work from home and don’t have a waiting area, this just helps avoid anyone waiting around unnecessarily.

If possible, please avoid blocking cars on the drive — parking at the bottom of the drive is usually easiest where space allows.

To keep things fair and manageable, I’ll also need to be a little stricter with cancellation policies moving forward:
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge

Please also try to book appointments in advance where possible, as I may no longer have time to arrange follow-up bookings at the end of appointments.

Thank you again for all of your continued support and understanding. I genuinely appreciate every single booking, and I’m so grateful things have become busy enough for these changes to even be necessary 🫶
