As some of you may have already spotted, I’ve refreshed my logo and rebranded my business to better reflect the direction I’m heading in. Don’t worry, all of my treatments are still available! The big change is that I’m extending my hours, which means more availability and space to welcome both my amazing existing clients and lovely new ones. 💆‍♀️

2024 time to prioritise… you

It’s time to prioritize yourself. We all lead busy lives, with endless lists of tasks to complete, but how often do you put yourself first? Not often, I’m guessing.

Here are some ways to begin practicing self-care:

Start your day with a morning routine. This sets a productive tone for the rest of your day.
Write a to-do list with a maximum of three items to avoid overwhelming yourself.

What’s that one thing that you keep putting off? Exercise? Meditation? Regular massages? Block out just 20 minutes of your day to start forming this habit. Remember, it takes only 66 days to form a new habit.
Remember to take care of yourself, your body is your home 🫶🏼
