I know far to many lads who have taken their on life this month alone, because they felt like they would be judge for asking for help for mental health.
Mental health is serious for all genders.
Lads should not feel ashamed or judged for speaking out.
Life is short.
Everyone is fighting their own battles but people need to feel they can speak out.
At the moment it is more men then woman.
Please speak out and get help and do not ever feel ashamed for asking for help💙💙💙
