Monday morning Intermediate class 9.30-10.30am
Golden Pilates (over 60’s) 11-12
Monday night 7.30-8.30pm intermediate class
Held at St. B’s Hall Yaxley
Tuesday Evening - Intermediate Level class - 6-7pm and 7.30-8.30pm
Yaxley St B’s Hall, Main Street, Yaxley PE7
Wednesday morning 10-11am intermediate Class held at Alconbury Sports and social club. Thursday morning 11.45-12.45am over 50’s group at orton Waterville village hall
Thursday evening 6.15-7.15pm intermediate class at The old School Hall, Sawtry
Friday 11.30-12 30 over 50’s group Stilton Pavilion. The

I’ve spent over a decade as a Pilates instructor, helping clients strengthen their physical health. Over time, I realised many of them were silently struggling with emotional and mental challenges that Pilates alone couldn’t fix. I saw the need to offer something deeper.
Having faced anxiety myself, I experienced first-hand the transformative impact of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. Inspired by those results, I retrained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School—considered the UK’s gold standard in hypnotherapy education—and launched my practice in early 2024.

I hope you are all having a lovely summer it’s been pretty busy for me, which is why I’m a little bit behind in posting this. My next workshop will be on Saturday 5th September 9-11:30am. It will include the usual format of a 1.5 hour class, spiky ball/ hedgehog work then a long trance relaxation at the end 😴. Refreshments will included ☕️ 🍰.

Hope you all had a really lovely long weekend. I’m back tonight in classes. This week we will be using the magic circle to challenge our bodies, also small equipment including hand weight and spiky balls ☺️😜
