Just 2 places left on my workshop on Saturday 20th June. 9-11.30am at St. B’s hall in Yaxley!

If you’ve never attended before this is how it goes! You’ll have a 1.5 hour Pilates class pitched to all levels of ability, we then break for refreshments including herbal teas, coffee, cake and fruit. We then use the Hedgehogs to release tightness in muscles and release fascia.
We finish with a lovely long relaxation which you bring a blanket for 😴.

It’s just the best way to start your weekend! All this for just £24.
