I completely understand that life can be busy, and sometimes things happen that are out of your control. However, as I work part-time, last-minute cancellations are very difficult for me to fill.

I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note:

* Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
* No-shows will also be charged 100% of the appointment cost and will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.
