Last nights class was magical, as the season comes to an end people start to fly away. So just the 2 of us wanted to practice, so we went down to the new dock and free styled. Moving our bodies in ways that felt good, we chatted and laughed as we flowed and the sunset. Then as the moon slowed rose behind the hill we did a luxuriously long Shavasana.

90 mins I will not forgot, watching my student flow with confidence in her own practice filled my heart with pride and the knowledge that she will be ok without me there to teach her, my job here is done if I have created just 1 Yogi 💗

I’ll be on the beach from 6pm on Sunday evening, tuning through as many salutations to the sun as feels good, setting some intentions for the next 6months and taking some cacao to celebrate this amazing world we live in. All soundtracked to music from my youth & maybe a smattering of Harry 💗

I’d love you join me if your free, I may hang around after and hopefully watch the set, soak in my favourite beach and potentially grab a pizza too

It’s Full Moon Thursyay!!

Being upside always helps me clear the mind and deregulate.
Especially as we are feeling all the feels still in cancer season.

This full moon is half way through the year so take some time for self care and find stillness. Allow your intuition to guide you and keep you on your the path you set at the start of the year.
As we are in cancer season the emotions will heightened, so allow yourself to feel all the feels 💗
