I am so glad I got this wedding to end on. After so much going back and forth I have decided to hang up the hairgrips and concentrate on all the other directions that my little business is taking me. I absolutely love doing bridal. It was how I got interested in hairdressing. I just feel I don't have the time and energy to put my heart into it like I used to.

Picking 20 photos was impossible 🫣

It has been one year since I went off on my own.

It was the most scary, but best decision I ever made. I work my butt off when I need, just to spend that quality time off with my family when they need me.

I could not of done any of it without the support from all of you, everyone who has recommended me, post a picture of their hair, liked a post, re booked, and just showed up in general. Thank you so much 💓

There is so much more to come this year, as I start it going in a slightly different direction. But a way I feel very strongly about. (More on this hopefully in the coming weeks)

Real-life post...

Over the last 3 months, I have lost hair in handfuls daily. This is fairly common and can be fixed. Normally, due to illness, medication, or diet (or a number of other things). I am still trying to figure mine out.
However, when I came across these towels and heard how they care for curly girls. With curls, you have to be more gentle to not pull curls out and to stop any static or frizz.
The thing I hate doing is getting out of the shower and putting on a turban towel or a bath towel on my hair. And it feels heavy or too tight along my hairline. I feel it's putting pressure on my already delicate hair/follicles.
I can not say for sure that this is helping, as I have changed a lot recently to help with my hair loss. But I do find it incredibly comfortable on my head and scalp. I can leave it on for 2 hours, and it doesn't fall down. It holds all my hair, and you can get on with whatever while your hair dries.

I know its alot just about a towel, but I really wanted to get across that it's the little things that make a big difference.

It's here to stay in my self care journey.
