Thank you for my new toothbrush. After oral b came out with their IO range I have consistently recommended it to my patients. Things that I particularly like about this toothbrush is the long battery life , pressure sensor and oscillating movement of the brush. This brush has proven a success in patients with sensitive teeth, bleeding gums (periodontal disease) and patients with braces 😀 happy patients, happy hygienist🙂

You know you’re loved when even 6 years after you stopped working at a place your name is still on the door. I worked at Highgate for almost 10 years and it still feels like visiting family when I go back it was a pleasure to see all the lovely faces today.

I had the pleasure of working with this brilliant Perio specialist .perio today. He was kind enough to allow me to shadow him in action today. As many of you know I am very passionate about periodontics and already deal with many complex cases on my own. I always strive to learn more and become better at what I do and shadowing a periodontist has certainly helped me and reassured me a lot. .perio thank you for having me today 🙌

If you wash your face and your eyes started bleeding 🩸 would you think it’s normal? If your gums bleed when you brush your teeth, it’s not normal. Gum disease is one of the most silent and fairly painless diseases and that is why most people don’t take it seriously. Did you know there is a link between gum disease and heart disease? If you have bleeding gums make sure you see your hygienist as soon as possible ❤️
