This client had visible pulsating arteries just inside her wet/dry border on both top and bottom lip!
Although this can look scary, it is actually a good thing. This means that we are aware of where the arteries are lying and are able to place the filler around it safely.

My beautiful client wanted a small amount of filler, keeping a more natural look and just adding a small amount of volume.
