Thank you to everyone that I met at Plymouth Plant Fest! The energy was amazing and the interest to learn was lush 💚

I was so happy to be able to support .threads and and introduce people to their gorgeous creations (swipe to see some) 👉

Excited to be heading to Plymouth Plant Fest tomorrow organised by the wonderful 🌿

I can't wait to see all the other stalls and pick up some tasty vegan food 🥐

January is done ✅

I made a concsious effort this year not to let the cold and short days January brings to get to me.

I committed to:

🌞 Getting as much sunlight as possible
🧘‍♀️ Moving my body and clearing my mind
📚 Reducing my screen time (this has definitely affected Mindful Hive)
❤️ Investing in healthy, beneficial hobbies

Alongside these practices I continue to prioritise my health and the health of the planet 🌏
For example, I decided to buy a Natural Cork yoga mat and make sure I bring my reusable bottle from The Mindful Hive with me everywhere. Small changes that make a big difference to me 💚

How have you been looking after yourself this January?

The only good thing to come out of these dark winter evenings is that chance to get crafting✨

I suggest to anyone that gets affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder, to pick up some kind of crafty hobby, in which you get a dopamine hit from when you've finished 🥰

The accomplishment of creating something you get to enjoy afterwards is amazing! If you aren't crafty, get cooking tasty food to get that seratonin or go to a fitness/movement class to get the endorphins flowing 🤩

You may feel super down but trust me you chemicals are just out whack and you need to find hacks to get the happiness back.
Also, if the sun comes out and you it is possible GET OUTSIDE ☀️ Absorb every slither of vitamin D you can get ❤️

Everyone say hi to Chunky 👋 One of three gorgeous pups is now treating to mindful Mutt shampoo bars 🐾

Our dog shampoo bars were the main attraction xmas market! They catch people's eyes and I love chatting with people about their furry family members 🐕
