Good morning lovely people I'm now going to start take a non refundable deposit for every appointment .
I try to give everyone the benefits of dought. But I'm getting people cancel with less than 24 hours notice and when I turn around and remind them of the cancellation policy I get ignored when it come to payment.
If you cancel you appointment with less than 24 hours notice weather your a new or regular client 100% of bill needs to payed weather im mobile or in a salon. I hate to have to do this but I have to protect my income
