This treatment was born from a season where my own body needed deep rest

After years navigating Endo, breast implant illness, fertility, and motherhood, I learned that true healing doesn’t start with force, it starts with regulation. With slowing down. With reconnecting to the body in a gentle, grounded way.
Earth to Ether is my signature full-body and facial ritual designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and help your body shift out of survival mode and back into balance.
It’s slow, nurturing, and deeply restorative — using warm botanical oils, rhythmic touch, and intentional stillness to support:
• Stress and burnout
• Poor sleep
• Hormone-related tension
• Emotional overwhelm
• Exhaustion but unable to relax

A Soulful Afternoon with My Gentle Recovery & Elemental Beauty ✨
I’m so excited to invite you to a special workshop —a dreamy blend of Aroma Yoga and Holistic Skin Rituals, all supported by the healing power of essential oils.
We’ll begin with a grounding Aroma Yoga session (think slow, intentional movement paired with oils), and you’ll also receive a soothing scalp massage to help you fully drop in.
From there, we’ll move into a gentle, glow-boosting skin ritual using Gua Sha and facial pressure points—guided by essential oils to calm the nervous system and awaken the senses. The smells alone will transport you—this is relaxation on a whole other level.
You’ll also:
