Today’s Fae card is “Inner Child”. This is a card that that’s asking you to have patience with yourself because you are growing and maturing at your own pace, and nothing can be rushed.

If you’ve got feelings of neglection or being unappreciated, it’s likely that you’ve been ignoring your inner child’s needs. You need to start giving yourself some daily care and attention, including giving yourself consistent positive feedback. The body does have a physical reaction to you hugging yourself, and today that’s what you’re being urge to do.

Take a bit of time today to find the humour and the playfulness in what could be quite a mundane setting. If you take a moment to have a giggle and a laugh with a friend and even seek out a silly joke that you can share with someone to make them laugh, you’ll find that you will be flooded with fresh and new ideas and there will be a spark in your eyes in a spring in your step.

So enjoy today and if you feel childlike, embrace it!

This week I’m drawn to working with Fae magic! So I’m going to draw a fairy card everyday for you to consider, meditate on and use to help you navigate through the day.

Today we have “Follow Your Dreams”.

Now, we all have dreams and desires that we would love to manifest, and yes, some are more realistic than others, but the reality is how many are going to come to fruition? That depends entirely on you!

You see the Fae are trying to grab your attention to tell you the simply laying down and dreaming isn’t going to manifest anything! You need to take some action as well. They’re whispering in your ears what action you need to take and you need to listen. If you’re choosing to ignore them, why is that? What is it that you’re afraid of? What’s holding you back? Why are you putting objects in your way to deliberately hold you back from doing something that would be so amazing for you?

Take a little time today to ponder what you’re being encouraged to do, and consider one small action you could make to start realising those dreams!

Card 3….. Four of Swords

This is a card that’s telling you you need to rest, and not just a nap or snooze. You need to set down everything that is burdening you right now and take some time to shake it all off and rest.

If there’s been something playing on your mind recently or you’ve had a decision to mull over, this card is telling you to just put it to one side for now and stop overthinking it. If you’ve recently been ill, this is a card that comes up when you need to spend time convalescing, be kind to yourself and be kind to your body. It’s also a card that comes up before a really hectic period, so if you’ve got lots of social events or a whirlwind of a life that’s about to hit, this card is saying prepare yourself by getting plenty of rest beforehand.

Of course this is all temporary and if I was you, I’d take advantage of it as much as you can! Because once you are back to being fighting fit or the decision has been made you’re going to have to pick up those swords and start fighting once again. Now is the time to take the opportunity to break and rest.

Card 2 - Seven of Pentacles

The Seven of Pentacles is the card of looking at what you have created so far and asking yourself whether you’re prepared to give it the time it needs to grow.

This is a card of wonder… Wondering whether the hard work that you’ve recently put in is actually paying off. You need to give it time, don’t rush in to assuming that because things are slow, it’s not working. Beneath the surface is always growth, we just may not necessarily see it.

Now is the time to evaluate everything that you have been thinking, doing and becoming. This card is giving you the opportunity to reassess and adjust rather than abandoning something that you’ve worked so hard on.

There is definitely a need to be patient, take things slowly and allow a path to form for you rather than forcing it too quickly.

Card 1…. Ace of Wands

If you chose this card today, then you need to sit down and strap yourself in! This card is a card of excitement, of a spark of something new. This could very easily be a new job or a secondment within a job. Maybe you’ve seen something that you’d really like to do, this card is showing up to tell you to go for it. The opportunity is there for the taking.

Stop doing what other people think you should do and start doing what makes you feel good. Are you ready and willing to take the first step into change? Whatever is coming your way grab it with both hands, this is an opportunity and it’s up to you whether you take it or miss it. If you’ve been wondering whether to start something, this is your sign to start! You don’t need to have it all planned out and you don’t need to know how it’s all gonna end up, but when you have the inspiration in front of you, should you really ignore it?

I didn’t do a card pull yesterday as I was busy with bank holiday shenanigans. So here’s a quick Fairy Oracle card pull for you all 😊 Enjoy!

Feeling Safe. If you’ve been feeling vulnerable or a little unstable of late this card shows up at a time that lets you know that you are now safe and the protection is around you.

You are surrounded by love and protection, and believing that you may feel as if you’ve given some of your power away to other people in other situations, but you haven’t. What you’ve done is let yourself to believe that that is the case and you’ve convinced yourself that you have lost your power in a certain situation.

The card is urging you to stop thinking in this way and awaken to the realisation that you have the power within you to create the security and happiness that you want from life.

The affirmation for today from this card is “I am safe. I am secure. I am completely protected at all times.”

The Breath of the Cosmos card is urging you to stop trying to control every aspect of your life and accept that there is plan for your time here. You can resist as much as you like, but your life will be much easier if you just release to the universe and allow some things to just happen for you.

This requires trust and kindness to yourself, but it will reap the rewards in unparalleled ways. Allow yourself to be free from constraints sometimes and particularly today. Go with the flow. Allow another force to control what happens today and feel the energy shift into a positive direction.

Day 6 of the Starseed Oracle card draw and you’re being asked to be the mediator. To be the one to bring peace and harmony.

Today you have the ability to see both sides of every story and find the middle ground. Your sense of reasoning will prevail over raised voices and angry tempers, use that reasoning well. Others will see your sense of calm as true guidance to being better in themselves. And right now that is what the world needs more of.

Stand proud, be reasoned and connect to your highest sense of reasoning to provide a great day for both you and all those around you.

Day 5 of the Starseed Oracle card week 😊

Today is all about remaining grounded. Whatever it is that you’re doing today or whatever you are thinking about, the universe is telling you to remain grounded. Watch out for the fanciful or too good to be true bits that come your way today.

We all love to dream, and that’s great, but we also need to keep ourselves in touch with reality and so you need to not get too carried away today. The challenge is recognising when that is happening.

Everything will come your way at the right time in the right place. Keep your feet on the ground and trust that simply being is sometimes enough and we have no need to force things.
