A little bit of a life update 🥰

The past couple of months have been an absolute whirlwhind! Moving house has been so so stressful - so much more stressful than planning my wedding!! 🤯

People don’t lie when they say moving house will be one of the most stressful things you do in your life 😅 now I understand why! And I don’t fancy moving again for the next 30+ years 😂

The chronic stress over the past couple of months really took its toll on my health and I struggled with nausea and homesickness for a while 🥺

I had to go back to the basics of self care and wellbeing - nutritious food; doing my best to get good quality sleep; getting some kind of exercise that was gentle on my body; and looking after my mental wellbeing and nervous system 🤍

I did what I could to keep my business ticking over, but the majority of it had to get put to one side so I could put my health first 🩷

Adding to all that, my Hubby was due to be deployed but deployment plans kept changing and that was another thing to juggle and deal with.

But life has finally settled down, I’m feeling so much better in myself, and I have the mental capacity to push forward with life again 🥰

The Husband got deployed over the weekend, so I had a couple of wobbly days after saying my goodbyes to him for a few months, but I’m now feeling like I’m a bit more of a functioning human again ☺️

Now I’m feeling ready to get back to doing the things I love and settling into a new routine 😌

When life throws you challenge after challenge… do what you can to get through them, because that is good enough!

… and always, always put your health & wellbeing first! 🧘🏻‍♀️

🩷 I’m moving - new location! 🎉
Please be aware that from Tuesday 19th May all appointments will be at my new location in Fareham, near Titchfield.

My full address will be sent to clients with appointments booked from 19th May along with more info about parking etc ☺️

🩷 I’m off work next week!
I will be off work from Monday 11th to Monday 18th May and I will be back for treatments from Tuesday 19th May.

However, from Monday 18th my Husband will be on 24hrs standby to deploy, so there may be a chance I will have to reschedule appointments last minute so I can drop him off at the naval base and say my goodbyes to him for 6 months 🥺
I apologise in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

I will still be available to process appointment bookings and Tropic orders during my week off, but please be aware that it may take me a little longer than usual to get back to you… due to being neck deep in packing boxes 😆
