Started blending teas. Mate' tea and hibiscus 🌺 with a little honey 🍯. It tastes wonderful the benefits are amazing. If you want more information as I'm getting into my blends looking forward to experimenting and making unique blends. So today I have find myself going down a rabbit hole 🕳 🤔 what i actually use to moisturising my skin with. As I'm studying herbalism. I have become more aware of what products I have been brought or purchased what they contain. I have decided that I no longer will purchasing products. I will continue to make my own. As i know what is going into it. Here are just a few that I personally will not be using anymore. So today making bath melts to Hydrated my skin. Its the largest organ which needs bit more care from the environment and elements. Learning Sunday is the best. 6 weeks sober. Time for change. 🌿 🌿
