As a lash artist/beauty therapist I know how much of ourselves we pour into our work. We’re always working even when were not “at work”

We create a space where women come to relax, rant, laugh, cry, vent and leave feeling like the best version of themselves. The one off treat to themselves or the one thing that makes them feel sane. Or it can be part of your personality to have lashes. Either way, I got you.

My heart BREAKS for her children, as a mum of two I just couldn’t imagine! My whole world is them but their whole world is me. I speak for a lot of self employed mums here - but I don’t work for the next best thing for myself. I work hard to give my babies a childhood they don’t need to recover from.

Those babies now have to grow up carrying a loss no child should ever have to experience. Especially under the circumstances. I can’t imagine the pain her husband and loved ones are facing. What got me the most is the thought that she and her unborn baby lost their lives in such a tragic way, so devastating.

No appointment, misunderstanding, or disagreement should ever end in tragedy.

Please be kind. Please choose patience. And please remember that behind every appointment is a human being with a family who wants them to come home.

I’m holding this heavy bc yes we don’t have guns here but I know the lack of respect is growing. I think sometimes people can feel so entitled. This situation just went across the line, over the bridge and to fu***ng space! It shouldn’t have ever got to this?!

I hold everyone in our beauty community close today. May she be remembered for the life she lived, not just the way it was taken. I hope those babies get all the help they need but I know nothing will ever bring their mummy home 🥹 I’m praying her babies find peace, that her family finds strength in the days ahead, and that Chyna’s memory continues. I pray nothing like this ever happens again.
