We all start somewhere sometimes it takes years of practice to change
Just keeping it light today my body's been feeling the intensity massively over the pass couple days there's doms then there's pain both very different so to prevent injury I'm keeping it chilled sometimes you have to be smart x
Being normal is just boring
When you hear you need consistency Yes this is how it works over years of consistency not just from training for resting ,with some active recovery days ,8 hours sleep and good nutrition ❤️
