I believe there is a misunderstanding. First of all, from the video there are no customers inside, I can only see employees. They were cleaning, look at the ground (outside the shop) is wet. The open sign was inside the shop and a note on the window (see picture below). There are many possibilities, but I can say a few: maybe they need to clean up/ redecorate, maybe they want to check post letters e.g. council letters, payslips, important documents or maybe they want to collect their belongings and agreed at a certain date which is today. So please DO NOT hate or judge, and please take this post down (or let others see the truth) because you are ruining business and their rating.

NEW UPDATE: the business owner has confirmed they were collecting posts and cleaning. A person came by and asked to buy a mask, but the owner kindly gave it free of charge. Policeman came, said it is ok to do what they were doing, bcos they were just cleaning. No customers at all!

You should be ashamed of yourself!!! You have a beauty business yourself and Saigon Nails are your competitor. There is definitely a misunderstanding conversation between the owner and ur husband. PLEASE NOTE in the video ur husband said "as you can clearly see, they're doing clients in there". No! I can clearly see only 4 employees (3 standing and 1 sitting). The policeman came and there was no illegal committed. Your post is false and I will advise Saigon Owner to claim compensation against you. You are a liar!!!
